                 偵測原理與標的
    偵測
                 利用帶有螢光分子之 Fuorescein-dUTP 或 TMR-
                 dUTP去標定單一顆細胞 genomic DNA 之3’OH。
                 藉由TdT (terminal transferase) 酵素反應;能將
    的斷裂          帶有螢光的核苷酸接到斷裂的 DNA 3 端的 OH
   DNA
                 group 上;再利用螢光顯微鏡或是流式細胞儀,
                 即可進行影像觀察。
