Primary Cell

原代培養的細胞通是常從組織器官所分離出來，利用酵素將細胞從組織上取出來，在體外適當的條件
下進行培養，直到細胞長到足夠的數量，這些細胞在體外培養有一定的壽命無法永生。在研究上最常
使用的原代培養細胞是 Fibroblasts, Keratinocytes, Melanocytes, Endothelial cells, Muscle cells,
Hematopoietic 以及 Mesenchymal stem cells。原代培養的細胞一般分別兩種：一是 Adherent cells/
Primary Cell
Anchorage Dependent cells: 這類細胞需要附著生長，一般來自器官(例如：腎)分離出來，這類的貼附
細胞一般會被包埋在結締組織中。另一種是 Suspension cells/Anchorage Independent cells: 這類細胞
不需要貼附生長，通常來自於血液系統所分離出來。
